• What does Boucl Energie Do?

BoucL Energie develops, at the scale of business districts, territorial shared energy communities aimed at organizing collective self-consumption of photovoltaic electricity.
These communities are structured around 3 MWp collective self-consumption projects between companies. The locally produced energy is primarily self-consumed by businesses and shops. It also meets the needs of surrounding residential neighborhoods (including social housing providers) as well as mobility needs (electric vehicles of employees and customers in the area).

• What are the current challenges in finding Tenders or Market Information?

My main objective is to set up an efficient monitoring system for public tenders in order to quickly assess whether a call for tenders is relevant.
We must prioritize the analysis of:

• The power level
• The surface area
• The typology (ground-mounted, carport, or rooftop solar installations)
• The tender deadline

We must also be able to identify the type of consultation we are interested in:
Expressions of Interest (EOI) with a Temporary Occupancy Agreement (TOA) in the photovoltaic sector.

• What difficulties do you encounter in searching for Tenders?

Setting up this monitoring process is time-consuming and requires considerable effort, as Expressions of Interest are often published directly by local authorities and not necessarily on official platforms such as BOAMP or TED (Tenders Electronic Daily).

In addition, I need to quickly identify—without having to open the documents or read lengthy descriptions—whether it is indeed an EOI and what the power level is.

• What are the advantages of the solution and the benefits for your Company?

Thanks to the data collected daily by DeepBloo from national, regional, and local tender platforms as well as from local authorities, I now have a comprehensive view of all Expressions of Interest related to self-consumption projects.
We haven’t noticed any missing opportunities.

The benefits are numerous:

• Time savings through automated searches, especially with the ability to filter by power level.
• More frequent access to documents (specifications, project descriptions) directly from the platform.
