Deepbloo enables you to collaborate with your partners and colleagues: you can notify tenders to others, assign colleagues, manage shared Business Pipelines, manage tenders within your team.
On Deepbloo tender platform, you can share an interesting energy tender and other business insights by email by selecting the people who are in your contact list. You can also send to new people by adding their emails. On the footer, you can click on "Open the Tender" to be directed to the webpage of this tender.
To share a public tender or a market news with your colleagues, you can assign it to a Shared Business Pipeline; then all your colleagues having an account to Deepbloo will be able to access to this Pipeline. To create a shared Business Pipeline: click on "Add a shared pipeline", type the title you want to give it and save it. The tenders in a shared pipeline will be accessible by your colleagues.
You will use Deepbloo advanced collaboration functions to manage your opportunities directly in your private workspace on the platform: create your own private opportunities, implement a validation workflow, manage GO NO and other tender management sections. You can assign follow-up actions plans to your colleagues.
